Stephen Spalding, CEO has over 30 years’ experience in executive management, corporate governance, risk management, control systems design and development. He was a partner at Deloitte and KPMG focused on Internal Audit Services, Technology Control Assurance and Project Risk Management. He is a decorated Infantry Squad leader (Vietnam). He holds a B.S. in Finance & Management, Physics and Mathematics Eastern Illinois University, and an MBA University of Arizona.

John Mullen, COO has extensive executive and project management experience for large-scale complex global systems for both commercial and military applications. He has developed and deployed full system life cycle development tools for the US Department of Defense and other large organizations in industrial engineering, consumer products and process engineering. John has managed project teams of up to 180 people, and his career has focused on research, development and commercialization of technologies that have a positive impact on society.

Amy Lau, CFO has over 17 years of hands-on experience in Finance/Accounting areas for technology, traditional and non-profit industries (both public & private firms) including M&A, IPO, Reverse Merger, etc. She is a ‘hands-on’ financial manager with experience to implement financial controls and ‘crisis’ management.

Jon Cheney, Senior Project Manager has extensive experience in hands-on operational management of rice growing and rice production management, technical and maintenance support staffs. Mr. Cheney has lived in the Colusa area for thirty years and was a senior manager of DePue Company, one of the largest Rice Growers in the region for over twenty-five years.

Robert J. Clark, Senior Project Manager has had direct responsibility for the operational management of military expeditionary forces, technical and maintenance support staffs. Mr. Clark has managed Military Standards testing programs and quality assurance programs for the US Government, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman and L3 Communications. Robert was a Naval Air Systems Test Pilot and Flight Instructor as well as a Military Operations and Logistics Specialist.
